Treatment Approach

My approach to therapy is based primarily on my clients’ needs. I believe each individual is unique, and therefore I don’t have a cookie-cutter approach to how I work.

However, I do specialize in depth therapy, which means I work in a non-superficial way. I don’t simply focus on symptom reduction, but rather seek to understand underlying causes, an approach that promotes greater growth and lasting change. In service of this goal, I track material that is both known—or conscious, and not known—unconscious.

My overarching goal is to expand your sense of agency, deepen your self awareness, and increase your satisfaction in relationships and your zest for life.
